Took my Tag formula 1 for battery replacement. When I got home and took it out of my pocket, the side dial was broken (they had to have touched that when adjusting the time). Because the crown is connected to the dial, I am now facing a very expensive repair bill. My fault for trying to be cheap I guess.
Staff at this store is simply the best. Polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were having trouble replacing my car battery since the last place that replaced it mishandled the equipment making it very challenging for them to secure it, however Robert the manager and Brandon took the extra time (after hours) to solve the issue. Thank you! Five stars!
The sales staff at this store are simply kind and polite and not pushy. They are precise and go out of the way to provide you with facts about a product and its comparison. I am a repeat customer many times over. The final price ends up being only a few dollars more than going to a big big chain store. I will always pay a hint more for peace of mind and a great return policy. Always worth it. These guys are just great. Thank you
