I like their products and warranties, but their testing capabilities don't always give you accurate results. I was told a week prior that my battery was good. Under further testing, it was not and had to be replaced.
Dave is by far the most knowledgeable person on battery's. Supper nice and very helpful. I drive out if my way to do business with Batteries plus.
Got to deal with the owner here. Went in for a simple watch battery replacement. Super nice guy and excellent service. Will be back. I have bought batteries from the New Braunfels, Texas location and has a great experience there as well.
