I stopped by the Batteries Plus on Kietzke Lane in Reno to purchase a battery. The guy at the counter told me that the installation area was closed. Their website says they closed at 7 p.m., it was 6 p.m. when I arrived. He asked what make my car was, I told him it was a Ford Flex. His reply was, "oh no, we don't install batteries on Flex's.
