We are so fortunate to have this store in our area. They provide lots of excellent products, great service and prices, and take old batteries and lightbulbs for recycling. I tried ordering on line for first time, and then hopped in my car to pick up just minutes later, and it was ready and waiting for me with a smile!
The associates at this store are not friendly at all. Not rude, but just very unfriendly and abrupt. Gave 3 stars because of the quick service which i appreciate.
Always have stock I need, helpful folks that get it right the first time. This place is where I go exclusively for batteries for all my vehicles including auxiliary batteries for my Benz. Replaced my AA rechargeable batteries with Nuon brand from here too!
I stopped by the Batteries Plus on Kietzke Lane in Reno to purchase a battery. The guy at the counter told me that the installation area was closed. Their website says they closed at 7 p.m., it was 6 p.m. when I arrived. He asked what make my car was, I told him it was a Ford Flex. His reply was, "oh no, we don't install batteries on Flex's. I had 2 batteries replaced in my diesel truck. My batteries were replaced quickly and efficiently. The tech was very knowledgeable and nice. For great customer service, support and price, batteries plus on South Virginia is the place to go. Definitely 5 star rating.
