After traveling from Ohio to Johnson City the mobility lift we had for our daughter stopped working because the batteries failed. Turned up at this store desperate for help. The young man and young lady went out of their way to help us get replacement batteries and installed them for us which wasn’t easy at all. We’re truly grateful for their support and assistance and would highly recommend this store. Thanks guys.

I have been buying specialty batteries for myself and my business for many years. They always have what I need in stock at a great price. If you need a hard to find battery (or not so hard to find) go to Batteries Plus in Johnson City for amazing service.
The new interior looks great! It’s nicely organized and welcoming. Associate was also welcoming and he provided excellent service. I went in with a dead car battery and walked out in a matter of minutes without any problems.
