After having a bad experience some where else. I took in my cell phone for repair, tooked only a couple of hours. Professional staff. Will not go anywhere else. Thank you to the two gentlemen that helped me.
We chose to order online which was great because it ended up taking money off the total by doing so! We also got same day pick up which was really convenient. An added bonus is the staff was helpful and kind. I would recommend shopping here.
battery plus claims to have a free replacement warranty but then they won't warranty your defective battery because they will claim neglect I have bought thousands of dollars from them and they would not warranty one battery. they have lost my business and their batteries are not special just convenient
I had an issue with my iPhone I suspected was battery related and when I called they said bring it in we do all kinds of repairs and we will look at it for free. I decided to take it in and drop it off. As I’m doing the paperwork with the rep the tech says let me try something real quick and opened it up and before I could finish the paperwork the tech had it fixed.
