James the manager went above and beyond I was stressed out cause my car remote the chip inside was bad I called the Ford company to see how much it was to reprogram my remote to my truck 315.00 dollars I was told so my boss at work told me to go to batteries plus cause they do that I didn't know or never knew they did that so I called James told him my situation and he said I will reprogram it for u for free I really really didn't think he could do it omg he did it in like 3 seconds I totally totally freaked out omg it works... read more
My mom’s 20-year old key fob wasn’t working well so she took it into this store today to get the battery replaced. James welcomed us immediately and then checked the battery on the fob. He found the battery to be in good condition so he checked the connectors and made some adjustments, all at no charge. He was extremely polite and helpful. Definitely the kind of service that will cause us to return to this store for our future needs.
