The service and products are excellent at batteries Plus. I go there here in Michigan and when I'm in Florida in the winter too. Nice.
5 stars because if you don't find a unique battery anywhere else you may find it here. But other services are expensive. I am afraid if it stays this way they may also go out of business. Please support this business.
I just bought 4 group 31 batteries and I am very pleased with purchase. Great and fast service. They had a 10% discount online and I took advantage off it. The staff was great and very patient with the crazy me. I learned a couple new things. I will definitely use them in the future. PS: they have smaller batches of batteries and they carefull with their maintenance.
My key fob wasn't working. Kyle went out of his way to insert a battery and see if that did the trick before recommending a change out of the fob. He also gave me coupons to use in the store and did not precharge me for the new fob since it might take a week+ to arrive. In the end, it arrived before the week's end and I get a timely call, was able to choose an appointment time and was taken care of right away. I will definitely go back. Thanks Kyle for all of your assistance!!
