Was able to get a replacement battery for my Dyson vacuum - Dyson was sold out and Batteries Plus is the only credible retailer for replacement lithium ion batteries that I could find. They had it in stock and surprised me by switching out the battery for me.
When I entered the store, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The associate was knowledgeable and efficient. My time in the store was less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location for your battery needs.
