my girlfriend let them her cell phone in order to change the battery, 2 days later, the phone was back without the new battery ! Worse, she couldn't used her phone at all as the on/off button had been broken. It took 5 days to fix it. They said that they wouldn't charge her for the repair (of their own mistake )!!!
Je verifie s’ils peuvent changer ma batterie de cellulaire. Ils ont besoin de 16heures pour charger la nouvelle batterie, je leur laisse mon cellulaire. 2 jours plus tard, la batterie n’a pas été changée, le téléphone est ouvert en 2 moitiés, ça prend 1 heure au technicien pour refermer le cellulaire sans avoir changer la batterie. Tout ça pourquoi ?
