(Lire mon ajout à la fin de mon commentaire à la suite de la réponse de Batterie Expert) Je voulais simplement remplacer la batterie de mon aspirateur Dyson V10 et à la suite d'un bris lors de l'installation de la nouvelle batterie par Danny, employé chez Batterie Expert, mon aspirateur est non fonctionnel!!! Dans un premier temps, Danny a reconnu son erreur et a envoyé mon aspirateur en réparation, mais après cette réparation, l'aspirateur ne fonctionne toujours pas. It took me longer to explain my issue than it did to resolve it. I had ordered a battery with two F2 terminals, without checking the existing battery. My original battery had a F1 & F2 terminal. Gentleman behind the cash added an adapter to one terminal and said "no need to order another battery, have a great weekend!" I'll be back to order again
