Très bien personnel très bien formé .. pour ma part
They do not honor their warranty. They place the blame on you saying that you did not properly maintain the battery and therefore you void the warranty. And this is decided strictly on a telephone conversation. Will never do business with him again!!!
J'ai acheté une génératrice New Holland en octobre 2022. Elle a bien fonctionné durant toutes ces années jusqu'à cet automne. Je suis allé voir Max pour céduler un entretien avec un technicien mais le technicien n'est jamais venu même après plusieurs appels de ma part. Heureusement j'ai réussi à embaucher un autre mécanicien qui est venu faire l'entretien. Je suis vraiment déçu du service de Batteries Expert de Lachute.
