Our semi-worsted machinery is especially good for handling short staples such as Merino and other fine wools, alpaca, and other slippery fibers including mohair and long-wools. Extremely disappointed with my last order. The website states that they have the equipment to process fine shorter fibers however, I showed up to pickup my order (that took 1 year) and was told that they couldn't spin it because it was too short! It was left in pin drafted roving. What is interesting is that I have had them do plenty of orders with the same fleece, and same length without any issues. The owner didn't even call me to ask if that was satisfactory.
Beautiful yarn and knowledgeable staff. Lots of fun!
