Absolutely horrible customer service. The 'gentleman' that runs the range (provides range balls and carts) is rude and acts as if they are doing you a favour by letting you play there. I was a frequent guest (playing 6-10 rounds a year) for years, but the service continued to deteriorate. My latest run in with 'Mr. Range' was the final straw (he yelled at me for putting range balls on the chipping surface when the balls were already there when I arrived). I will NEVER play this course again.
Great course! Greens are in great shape. You can see a bunker Reno under way.
Course is in great shape nice greens and fairways …Bunkers are a complete joke not maintained and full of stones . What bothers me about this course is they like to think the pace of play is 4 hours and 10 minutes which is near impossible from the blue tees at 6750 yards and even breaking 80 . Im a member At Guelph lakes our pace of play is 4:15 and we walk it in that time weekly , there is no way on gods earth we could walk this course in 4:10 !!!
