Battaglia and her team defended my ex-husband in our divorce. I had been severely abused by him. I am a professional with 2 university degree, have always worked and I was the main parent raising our four children. She helped him get custody of the child he had abused. It has been over ten years and I have not been able to see her or speak with her - as he has completely brainwashed her. Her and her team’s actions have had far reaching consequences. Her motives are not to protect or defend the children.
Very incompetent! Won't use evidence given to them to help your case! Just in it to see how much money they can bleed you dry for! Very costly waste of time and money!
