Love Baton Water. the crew members are friendly and the guys work so hard. They will come out, even in the middle of the night, if you have problems.
In the past five years Baton Water Corp. has had to repair a leak in its line in my front yard. It has been the same spot each year. Also, I have asked on more than one occasion and written the company to request that for planned interruption of service customers be notified (A simple posting to a web site would do). Water outages can cause not only inconvenience, but damage to appliances e.g. ice makers. I have gotten no response to these requests. Baton Water has great service and an honest board of directors. The Baton Water crew quickly handles any leaks that occur, even if they have to get up in the middle of the night and work all night. They have added a new man, William Kirby, and he is very smart and hard working. He will make a good crew even better. Also, you will always get fast friendly service in the office.
