We received a freight delivery to our rural home yesterday. The driver was knowledgeable of his truck, the capabilities of the tools he utilized: such as the pallet jack, and the platform. The item was 84" x 84" x 36", I was concerned when we ordered the item, a review from the original website stated they had a horrible experience with their delivery. I know it was not the gentleman that delivered to us yesterday! You have a GREAT employee, customer service was 100%. Thank you very much!
THIS IS POSSIBLY ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY RECEIVED A LARGE PACKAGE FOR ME FROM THE PRIMARY CARRIER TO DELIVER TO MY HOME AND HAD IT SITTING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE FOR A WEEK BEFORE I LOCATED IT THERE AND CALLED . AFTER BEINC ON HOLD SEVERAL TIMES A WOMAN TOLD ME THE SOONEST THEY COULD DELIVER WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL TEN DAYS, SO 17 DAYS JUST SITTING. I never had a problem. I purchased a NuStep T6MAX a month ago and got it delivered in my apartment this morning. The delivery drivers unboxed the crate and put my NuStep T6MAX in my desired place. Came with a manual.

This has got to be the worst delivery service EVER!!!! I have finally tracked down a delivery that is a week late only to be told it will take them another week to deliver it to me. Latasha the customer service representative threatened to remove me from the delivery schedule because I questioned her on why it will take a week to deliver something one hour down the road? It is sitting in a warehouse an hour from me. I blame Lowe's for using this company as their delivery contractor.
