i’ve been coming here for the past couple years and I don’t know why i keep going. they are so rude especially when calling for updates ! and just trying to make sure everything is okay with your refund! they also don’t give a call back when you leave a voicemail! this is definitely the last time i go i DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
They never submitted my tax returns. They just charged me cash and provided a 1040 to make me believe they had. Now they don’t answer my communication and I have the IRS contacting me.
