This branch is experiencing some management inefficiencies. The staff are all friendly, professional, and clearly know how to do their jobs. However, there consistently seems to be only one sometimes two teller available to assist clients, which leads to long wait times and unnecessary stress for both customers and employees. Been there 3 ti.es in past month. Anywhere from 3h15 to 4...hours on website says open until 5. Just want 1 simple blank check...staff is there, but can't do any service. If everything is by appointment only, then advertise it
Slowest bank ever. Any time I have had to go to this bank, there's a huge line and only one teller.
Never works
9 people in line. 4 cashes with teller at them only 2 open. Now we wonder why they make billions of dollars...
