Everyone was so Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us space to look around as well as suggestions and advice. They helped package items together to be cohesive and gave a great price. They have a really good range of products to choose from. Mum and I turned up at 4.30 on a Friday in the pouring rain and they still worked hard to help us. Even helped put the jigsaw that was many products in a limited space to ensure no water damage etc. Thank you so much - you guys are Awesome
They used to be great. They used to be full of helpful advice. Today we had a new salesperson lie to is. You have lost all credibility with what was a potential customer that was willing to pay you money. Sack the balding grey haired salesman you have. We left very disappointed. 1 star.
Don't be put off by the word "budget" in the title, this store is amazing. Their prices are fabulous and their range of quality products is extensive but what really sets them apart is the team. Ces went out of his way to be helpful, not pushy, just genuine care about the customer. We were super impressed as he took his time explaining things and he and Lily then assisting us with benchtop choice. Exceptional customer care, great prices, great team.

Super helpful staff. I was quoted over $1300 for a showerscreen by my local glazers. Bathroom direct $320 plus 2 tubes silicone and took 2 hours because I measured everything a dozen times before drilling and glueing. So very happy with the finished product.
