I visited Bathhouse Williamsburg today and had a mixed experience during check-in. The female staff member at the front desk was quite rude when helping customers who were unfamiliar with the self-check-in machine. Her tone felt impatient and unfriendly, which made the experience uncomfortable. Thankfully, another staff member (a male employee) kindly stepped in and helped me complete the check-in process. Muy buena para ir a pasar un dia excelente... todo muy expactacular solo una cosa no me gusto, fue la comida tienen q trabajar mucho en ese restaurante.. y las bebidas deben meter cosas comerciales tambien ... del resto para mi tienen un 10 .
