I visited Bathhouse Williamsburg expecting a premium spa experience. I wanted to love this place. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and I wanted to treat her to a premium experience. The girl in the front was rude, rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to double check my name because she didn’t find me the first time she looked.
