Muy buena para ir a pasar un dia excelente... todo muy expactacular solo una cosa no me gusto, fue la comida tienen q trabajar mucho en ese restaurante.. y las bebidas deben meter cosas comerciales tambien ... del resto para mi tienen un 10 .
The concept of this place is great… but it is NOT relaxing here at all. It’s overcrowded, loud and people all over have their phones which is extremely uncomfortable. There are really no employees to help you out and the pools are not labeled, massages were good but the rooms are not very relaxing as you can hear everything.
My girlfriend was itching for a spa day and since we had such a good experience at the flatiron location on Valentines Day we thought to check out the Williamsburg one. We got day passes for the 10 pm slot for 2/27/26. What a mistake that was. Checking in was no problem. The locker room was extremely cramped and not well maintained for neither the men and women’s side based on what we saw. Trending place for sure. Easy to book. Somewhat easy check in. Very busy with a loud crowd. Great saunas. Cool looking place. Attendants work very hard to keep place clean. Guest are very dirty. Probably low spa etiquette leaving towels everywhere, no showering before entering tubs after sweating and no shower before beginning sauna journey. Most men are sitting with out towels in sauna.
