So this review is solely based on the customer service, or lack thereof. I saw their store front at the Spokane Valley mall Ave wanted to get some info. This was on Saturday, so there wasn’t anyone there. Scanned the QR code and it took me to a 404 message. Went directly to their website, and this was about 2 weeks ago. Filled out the contact form and waited for a response. Nobody ever contacted me. Tried again a couple of days ago with the same result. NW Bath Specialists are very professional and reasonable. I had the original consultation with Cindy, Who really knew her stuff but was also very personable and kind. The installer, Lester, Was amazing! The plumbing in my shower/bath Was kind of old and funky. But he took his time and did a beautiful job. He was also quiet and very considerate.
