My uncle James Perry was a Patient from Jan 2025 to Feb 2025. There was 1 Aide who took Excellent for him & his stay there. There was absolutely Poor communication.. when we called the facility..80% of the time no one answered. Approx. 2wks ago I called the facility & was surprised 2get an answer.. also called 3times after that & another surprise.. I'm glad they have a better system. My grandma has been here only a month and has severely declined. It’s a bunch of lazy woman who don’t want to work just constantly on their phones. I watched the man come out from cleaning the rooms and the bathrooms were still disgusting. They don’t give them showers or change the bedsheets. It smells of straight urine and there are still messes in the hallway they don’t clean up. My grandma fell and busted her lip and they didn’t notify us.
