Beautiful facility in Bath with caring management, SCNA’s, and Nursing staff. Amazing admission director!!
My mother was here for a pretty short amount of time in 2023. It would take me too long to explain all the issues we had with this place. Mom got an infection so bad she is still recovering from it. I ended up having to call 911 for her and even the paramedics had bad things to say about the facility. This place was the start of a downhill battle and I believe she would have died here had I not intervened. I am the court appointed Guardian of a gentleman at Bath Manor. My ward is not able to communicate well and is in memory care. I received a call two mornings ago that Narcan had to be administered by paramedics because my ward was unresponsive. I requested a call from the head nurse for more details of what really happened. I also asked for the administrators name, since I was getting no responses. No one could give me the administrators name. Strange! I finally found her name here in these reviews.
