Worst customer service (Dan). They lie and name call. Don’t trust what they say because if they are talking to you then they are lying! Dan start the name calling then he post that he was sworn at but he didn’t post the he made up a fake NYS law and got upset because he confronted about the name calling.
I called Bath Credit Services a couple of time because of an account in my name. And in doing so I had to be exposed to an individual named Dan stated that he is the owner of the company, he is very rude unprofessional and confrontational. I had questions about my bill, any options that might be available to me resolving my bill, or if I needed to pay it in full.
