Worst customer service (Dan). They lie and name call. Don’t trust what they say because if they are talking to you then they are lying! Dan start the name calling then he post that he was sworn at but he didn’t post the he made up a fake NYS law and got upset because he confronted about the name calling.

I called Bath Credit Services a couple of time because of an account in my name. And in doing so I had to be exposed to an individual named Dan stated that he is the owner of the company, he is very rude unprofessional and confrontational. I had questions about my bill, any options that might be available to me resolving my bill, or if I needed to pay it in full. I went here with my girlfriend Casey and took care of some things, nice place, the guy we dealt with I believe he was the owner Danny, was pretty cool. Down to earth and helpful, after we took care of our debt related issues we even set up an appointment with him for credit counseling! Nice guy.
