We love this Bath & Body Works location. They always have what we’re looking for and the staff is great.
I wish I could remember the ladies name specifically that was so bubbly and kind! She was so happy to help with any questions and shared some good tips about the sales going on! All the other works were very pleasant and smiling as well while they interacted with customers or each other.
Unprofessional rude workers. Bad talking other customers to each other in front of customers. Terrible customer service, unapologetic that their system is flawed. I hate coming to this location
This store is the worst off all here in the valley. They make up their own return policy rules instead of abiding by the online policy. The policy is very clear, unused item for item with exact price label is even exchange, it doesn’t matter if I got it on sale. And today for the Disney release, they stashed merchandise in the back instead of giving it to customers to purchase.
