The staff here, are unprofessional and impatient. I made a transaction and put in my card, it read approved and because she was impatient, it read pending, although my card was charged. They called Kaylie and she said it didn't show, we should check with our bank and not come back, it was my first time there and I felt unwelcomed.

I purchased 9 items today on September 4, 2022. The girl at the cash counter seemed to be a novice and when she told me the total amount, I realized that she did not apply the 25% coupon I had presented her. At my request she did the needful but when I saw my receipt at home I found that she charged me for the sanitizer though I had given her a coupon to get it for free.
