First time at this location. Nice and clean great presentation. However, I was in line for 15 minutes with one person in front of me. Another cashier finished with a customer and walked away from their register. There was a line of 6 people waiting. I have a disability and standing there for a prolonged stretch of time is painful. There were 5 or six other employees stocking new product and saw the line and kept on working. Who doesn't love bath and body works. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the sales are always amazing!
