This location is hostile towards people of color. The white guy that works there followed me around. What’s crazy is I’ve been a bath and body works customer my entire life. What’s even crazier is I’ve been shopping at this location since the day it opened. Do better because i won’t be shopping here anymore.

I encountered a distressing situation at the establishment located in Sacramento, CA, within the Arden Fair Mall. Accompanied by my 10-year-old child, I entered the white barn section to purchase a candle and was initially met with a warm welcome from the sales associate.
