Would be a 6 if I could. Last time I went, I told them it was my first time and they gave me a full store tour! Today, me and my girlfriend went and she really wanted vanilla bean Noel but they were honest and said they couldn’t sell it until next week. After looking around for a bit, the employee then proceeded to bring every vanilla scented candle in the store. Wish I could name drop him. Anyways, customer service is very over the top. Would recommend!

This location is hostile towards people of color. The white guy that works there followed me around. What’s crazy is I’ve been a bath and body works customer my entire life. What’s even crazier is I’ve been shopping at this location since the day it opened. Do better because i won’t be shopping here anymore.
