I made a purchase online (picking up) and in-store today May 12, 2026, at 2:06pm. Cashier 1710219 or by the name Kristie was angered and demonstrated zero customer service skills after I kindly let her know of my online pick up order. She lacked professionalism and shouldn't be serving customers in a front-line cashier position, as a manager this negative behavior must be corrected asap. I’ve always had a great experience here. Some of the workers at this location have worked there for many years and are always so sweet and helpful when I come in. I got some super cute stuff today!
Per cooperate, I was told to make this review with the photos I have. I Came in today 1/6/26 at 5:00pm, left at 5:35pm. Not once was I or any other customer greeted. Everything was a complete mess, products scattered everywhere, testers gone, trash overfilled, no paper towels to dry hands, this is NOT the bath and body works I’m use too.
