Per cooperate, I was told to make this review with the photos I have. I Came in today 1/6/26 at 5:00pm, left at 5:35pm. Not once was I or any other customer greeted. Everything was a complete mess, products scattered everywhere, testers gone, trash overfilled, no paper towels to dry hands, this is NOT the bath and body works I’m use too. I love to shop at this store,will come back again.
I was having a pretty bad day and I went into bath and body works hoping that I could get my birthday reward, Mackenzie helped me out and went above and beyond with her sweetness, glad to say my mood had a complete 180 and I got my birthday reward!
