I came by to Bath & Body Works since I needed a new room spray especially for the Summer. It’s quite packed inside probably because they’re running a 50% off sale on some items I believe. It’s quite hectic navigating around the store. Anyways, it’s a nice store to go to if you’re on a budget looking for items like hand soaps, room sprays, and anything else related. Got the room spray I wanted since it smells really good.
Huge selection and variety of bath and home products for all. Always love keeping up with the deals too! The staff are all so friendly as well ☆

Went to the Bath & Body Works at Westfield Valley Fair yesterday and purchased several Wallflower refills plus a new plug. Today, after cleaning my entire room and finally opening the bag, I realized the cashier forgot to include the actual plug despite charging me for it on the receipt. I called the store hoping for a simple resolution, but the customer service experience was honestly worse than the original mistake. Just finished leaving this store, at 13:55 hrs. just want to say to everybody that buys products from here please be careful and check your receipts count your items before you even leave the store. The girl helping us at check out as she was scanning our items she put a wallflower plug at the counter behind her, thinking we werent going to realize; she didnt put the wallflower plug into the bag.
