Poor customer service…Came in today to make a purchase. Two of the employees ( one male, one female) were chatting it up about their personal lives at the checkout area, and told me to “ hold on”. I walked out and will not return, but hopefully the manager is aware of employees who don’t value their customers.

Whoever the dude was who checked me out was pushy, and I don’t appreciate it. He said it would ask for a phone number, and when prompted I hit skip, because I didn’t have one nor did I want to sign up for that bs. He acts confused saying “Oh, it looks like you didn’t put in a number?” I told him I hit skip because again I don’t have nor want one, and he prompts me to do it again. Deleted the account right after. Train your employees better on customer service.
I have always received great service every time I come into this location! Today is another demonstration of why I love coming here. Taylor you are the best! You have helped me a couple of times before and today went beyond. Many widows for Mother’s Day at our church tomorrow will receive these gifts and we cannot say thank you enough for helping us out on a last minute whim of sale. Thank you! ❤️
