Wasn’t greeted by the front lady today which I didn’t mind until I could hear her talking about me and the items I had in my hand. It seemed like she was insinuating I was stealing and when I walked out her and another associate were talking and stopped mid conversation as I was walking out when they saw me and didn’t even say have a nice day or nothing. I will never come back here that was so humiliating and this is that I never shop in stores because of my anxiety and its reasons like this.
I was in the store yesterday. I got helped from Miss Caroline. She is so so sweet. And she really try to help me find the scent that works well for me. She is very very supportive. This store has always been nice to me. Have the best customer experience. But Miss Caroline took the extra step to make sure that I’m happy with what I get. I love the new body wash collections. It smells so so incredible.
The seasonal display near the entrance changed to Halloween scents in early August, with pumpkin clove and vanilla bourbon candles filling the front half of the store. Rows of leaves-and-ghosts hand soaps line the shelves, three for even dollars, while full-price candles push toward thirty. Last time the cashier pointed out an online-only fragrance. I have patronized this location frequently in the past 8 months. I shopped Christmas, and three birthdays. I appreciate the warm, helpful, and friendly service offered. Keep up the great work.
