I was in the store yesterday. I got helped from Miss Caroline. She is so so sweet. And she really try to help me find the scent that works well for me. She is very very supportive. This store has always been nice to me. Have the best customer experience. But Miss Caroline took the extra step to make sure that I’m happy with what I get. I love the new body wash collections. It smells so so incredible.
The seasonal display near the entrance changed to Halloween scents in early August, with pumpkin clove and vanilla bourbon candles filling the front half of the store. Rows of leaves-and-ghosts hand soaps line the shelves, three for even dollars, while full-price candles push toward thirty. Last time the cashier pointed out an online-only fragrance.
