Great customer service very nice employees!!!
07/31/25 started to not go in 2 managers standing at door were rude when I came in just stared and made faces as I opened the door to walk in and refused to speak. Then one person on the corner just said it because the door opened “welcome In”. And acted as if asking a question was a problem only person that was a little better was the young man who checked me out. Tai is the most amazing fragrance specialist ever. She was very patient with me, and very knowledgeable about everything we asked about. I definitely recommend this location, and if you want a great customer service ask for Tai!
Literally the nicest bath and body works staff I’ve ever encountered. My app was being weird and they went above and beyond to help me out. So nice!
