The way Tai greeted me last night made me feel so welcome. I originally came in for the candle sale, but thanks to Tre's help, I left with so much more. Empress's friendly, natural vibe was the icing on the cake. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better. This location is the best ever. I "ll definitely be back soon!
Thank you Mrs Jeri for a great experience at this location.. I asked her if they had something closest to endless weekend and she literally walked around stire looking for the similar scent . That meant a lot because she could have simply said no!. Very nice and polite personalities from whole staff. Thank you all.
Tai the closing manager was super helpful and so nice even though it was almost time to close she did not rush me, I never experienced such a great customer service like her! Keep up the great work
