I had an amazing experience at the Bath & Body Works in Eastlake! The store was clean, well-stocked, and had such a welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Arlene—she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me find the perfect scents and made some great recommendations I absolutely love. Her positive attitude and customer service really stood out. New scents. Great personal, very attentive and always ready to help. Great place. Have been coming to this store for years. Great winter promotions. Today I'm changing my review. After so many years and so much money spent here, I arrived to exchange three essence diffusers (the ones you see in the pictures), because they stopped working. They gave me $9.99 credit for the three of them. One new one costs $14.98. If they are not working, I'm not buying more oils and the business is losing money.
