Racially profiled by an employee. She kept jumping at my every move, ready to chase after me, as if I wanted to steal. It was a terrible experience trying to shop with my mother. WHY only follow two black women and not the other people inside? They were able to shop peacefully. I hate coming into this place because it isn't the first time but my mom loves them unfortunately.
When checking out and Lee an old lady was being mean and rude. She was sarcastic and when my mother and I tried to explain that we just needed to enter a new number for the account we have had for years with Bath and Body works to be pulled up she kept refusing and trying to make us download the app. We asked multiple times to enter a new number.
