I have been a Bath and body works customer for a long while now. I did get a good customer service from the entry to the check out lines. Never an issue. However my recent experience was the worst, particularly from Marco one of the cashiers. I placed an online order for pickup, when I arrived at the store the line was long due to busy time of the year.
