I had a great experience at Bath & Body Works thanks to Diana. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and recommended some amazing scents I wouldn’t have picked on my own. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Diana made my visit smooth and enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back!
I enjoy shopping at this location! The whole team enjoys their job and they always have a smile on their faces when I shop here! My son dropped my candle recently when we were in the food court and one of the employees, who I had a conversation with in the store, was on her break heading to the food court and went out of her way to say it wasn't a problem to exchange!
