I’ve been met with the greatest hospitality by far from Ms.Andrea Ballesteros! She’s been nothing but sweet and kind to me since I met her. I’ve never been more excited to come to bath and body works, I used to never shop here but I come every other day now. She’s navigated me to every smell that I explained and it was perfect for me. I appreciate her so much, if u need the best assistance find Andrea!!!
Always friendly staff and the manager lady is very helpful. Been coming to this location for years because I feel very welcome. The store is always clean and put together.

The employees here are fantastic. Even though I went into the store close to closing time they are friendly, helpful, full of smiles AND very patient. The employees at this location have always been like that. A huge Thank You to all of the ladies who were working tonight (12-10-25). Y'all are amazing women.
