The ad says 100% satisfaction guarantee. False advertising. Manipulation. Customers taken advantage of. I contacted Bath & Body about my dissatisfaction. I was bounced around - 3 calls because this one only talks about online orders, so I referred to in store customer service. Put on hold for 2 minutes at a time. I had placed an order for my son. I received conf of the order. Midway through deliver, my son left the address and I called to have the shipment sent to my home. They took that response, say it would be sent to my hom. A few days later I call to see where the order is and they sent it back to the original address. I called back again to have it sent to my address and they sent it to the original address again. SO I then called and asked for a refund. I received confirmation of refund. Faulty sprays on deodorizers …if they fall on the floor…the tops are irreplaceable and can no longer be used!
So I was cut off from talking to a “P******” tonight not sure why! Maybe because once it’s 9pm pst they cut people off. Their system is a joke! The online site does not work hardly ever! I placed and paid for an online order to which I got an email confirmation. I went to check the status of my order and there seems to be no record of me placing the order. I called bath and body works several times and customer service reps weren't very helpful they just says there's no record of the order. I would love to get my candles. I went on line to check and there seems to be a lot of people with the same issue. I think this is very unfair and bad business practice.
I got a chemical burn on my face and neck from using one of their lotions. It took almost 3 years to get rid of the hyperpigmentation.
I talked to a person at Bath and Body works name ****to get my email straightened out because someone put my email in wrong and I have ended up with two emails. I told her the correct email and they have not contacted me about the problem.
