There was this lady inside, I didn’t quite catch her name but she had curly hair and glasses on. I asked her a question about seasonal items and I’m only on a trip and wanted a small bottle of the scent I wanted and said they don’t have it no more. I was fine with that but she proceeded to talk behind my back to the other employees about it. I had a wonderful experience shopping here today, all thanks to Monica! She was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and attentive. She took the time to ask about my favorite scents and suggested a few new ones to try, completely without any pressure. I ended up finding some great new items I wouldn't have discovered on my own. I noticed she treated every customer with the same genuine care while I was there—she is a true asset to the store!
So my mom went to this store and she told me about this amazing employee Linda who helped her with everything and she walked around with her to help her find what she needed she had amazing customer service and I 10/10 recommend this employee and she was also very patient
