One of my favorite places
I went to Bath & Body Works today and was really disappointed by my checkout experience. After finishing my shopping, the cashier started scanning my items. I bought one Lavender Vanilla gift set to give to a friend, but I noticed she scanned it twice. I politely mentioned it, but she said, “No ma’am, those are the lavender items in the bag,” so I trusted her. The store itself is an utter chaos, when going up to purchase my items I casually asked if they were hiring for the holidays or weekends and the staff member behind the register interrupted mid sentence saying NO! Then I responded with an oh okay thank you. She then told me my total and stared at me blankly grabbing my money then as I waited for my change and receipt she just stared and never gave me my receipt.
