Chelle was so sweet at the register when I pulled up and tried to scan a rewards coupon that was expired (did not have on my reading glasses!). Rather than making me feel embarrassed, she was so patient and kind. Sure appreciate the customer service, even with a packed house. Doesn't take much to make a customer feel welcome and at ease.
