I had a very disappointing experience at this Bath & Body Works location. I waited in line for approximately 15-20 minutes while an issue with another customer’s transaction was being resolved. I was very disheartened when, after having made an online purchase and being unable to get to the store during the 5 day hold because of work and family obligations, I called the store and asked if possibly they could hold it one extra day because I couldn’t get there till the next day. Didn’t find the car scent that I was looking for Maybe to old
Everything looked the same and I couldn't spot what I was looking for, so I must have had that lost, wandering expression. One of the shop ladies noticed and asked if I needed help, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. She knew right where to take me for the specific item on my list: a lavender and bergamot three wick candle. It was the exact one Mrs. K. had asked for, and they had plenty in stock. A quick find, a friendly assist, and a little holiday relief all at once. Hooray, and thanks for the help.
