Multiple times I've gone to the Winter Garden store only to find out it has been closed during regular business hours. If you're going to close, please, at least update the hours on the website so people don't waste their time driving to the store. Another issue I've encountered at this specific store is when I'm trying to do online line orders. I get a message saying that this store doesn't offer online ordering; however, when I go to the store, there are many online orders ready to be picked up. Frustrating!
You order online, they confirm it is ready to pick up but the store is CLOSED, and they claim they can’t make any “transaction” even though I already paid online and drove 25 minutes to get there, if your store is gonna be closed, then don’t waste people time by confirming orders they won’t be allowed to pickup right away, it’s common sense!! ***UPDATED*** After driving 25 minutes for 4 days to go pickup my order they end up canceling it, but who gives my coupons back? The store is still temporarily closed and they cancelled my order without even giving me a chance to pick it up missing out on a sale...
