Placed an order on the 15th for p/u at the Winter Garden store. Went there 3 days later only to find the store closed. Used online chat to get to customer service rep who assured me the store would be open the next day. Went there again to find the store closed and my order was canceled due to not being picked up. Store should have shipped my order at no charge. Now I too have missed out on sale prices. It's not the customer's fault the designated store for p/u is closed. Currently closed no updates on what happened and if they will reopen.
Multiple times I've gone to the Winter Garden store only to find out it has been closed during regular business hours. If you're going to close, please, at least update the hours on the website so people don't waste their time driving to the store. Another issue I've encountered at this specific store is when I'm trying to do online line orders. I get a message saying that this store doesn't offer online ordering; however, when I go to the store, there are many online orders ready to be picked up. Frustrating!
