This store is horrible! It never fails every single time my order is canceled. This time I placed a order they waited 17 hours before they even got to it, item was in stock. Then send a email telling me my order is canceled. Customer service is just horrible as well! I will just make the drive into Altamonte from now on. At least I know I will get better service!! B&BW you really need to have a secret shopper review this store.
