Love the candles and soap. Great products. My issue. It’s 3:30 on a Wednesday and the store is closed. There are employees inside looks like they shut down to remerchandise the store. Which is ridiculous. I’ve worked retail for 14 years and no company I’ve ever worked for has shut the doors to do a flow. Kinda crazy. I came to the mall to shop specifically at bath and body works. And maps says it’s open.
I usually enjoy shopping at Bath & Body Works, but my recent visit to the Wellington Green Mall location was very disappointing because of one employee, Brittney (possibly a supervisor/manager). I was being helped by a kind associate who went out of her way to assist me, only to be scolded by Brittney in front of me for walking to another part of the store. Very large variety of items to pick from. I love the selection!
Absolutely disappointed in the customer service of young cashier maybe a manager. I was ready to spend over $200. Had a 20% that had never been used. She said I needed to call guest services and was unwilling to help me. Even showed her my order history to show her coupon was never used. Will never recommend going to this location. Absolutely absurd!
