I had such a wonderful experience at Bath & Body Works thanks to Yami! From the moment I walked up to the register, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Do they sale cologne?
I had such a wonderful experience here thanks to Sarah! I’m extremely picky when it comes to scents, so it’s rare for someone to recommend products that I actually end up loving, but Sarah absolutely nailed it! She was was sweet, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to really help me find scents that matched what I like. Every time I come in, I specifically look for Sarah because I know I’ll have a great experience. Honestly, if she’s not there, I’ll probably just come back another day!
I made a large purchase with the buy three get three free deal. The total of my purchase seemed much higher than it should’ve been. I asked the cashier to double check the receipt and that everything rang up properly. After coming home, I saw that she ran up an Item 2 times when I only got one of that item so that led me to pay full price on multiple items and it seemed that their cash register was not processing the sale properly.
