Rude argues with customers, I decided to give the store another chance as I’ve spent thousands of dollars at the store, which they can honestly care less. I’m very grateful for another storm in Boynton as they call the regional manager and when I say thankful for the Boynton store, I truly am that is the store I would go to. Update January 15, 2026 I want to update my previous review because I recently returned to the Bath & Body Works location at Wellington Green Mall and had a completely different — and very positive — experience. I met with Angela, the Store Manager, who was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely apologetic about my prior visit.
