Update January 15, 2026 I want to update my previous review because I recently returned to the Bath & Body Works location at Wellington Green Mall and had a completely different — and very positive — experience. I met with Angela, the Store Manager, who was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely apologetic about my prior visit.
