Absolutely disappointed in the customer service of young cashier maybe a manager. I was ready to spend over $200. Had a 20% that had never been used. She said I needed to call guest services and was unwilling to help me. Even showed her my order history to show her coupon was never used. Will never recommend going to this location. Absolutely absurd!

Went in this afternoon after work to purchase the Ocean beard scruff to see if it helped soften my beard. Nice young lady helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Went to check, there were 2 cashiers, both busy with a customer, one person in front of me, no biggie, I'll be in and out. One cashier finishes with her customer and looks at me and the other person in line, then walks off.
