I recently visited your store and purchased two bottles of fragrance. Unfortunately, after leaving the store and reaching my car, I discovered that one of the bottles was missing. The cashier had placed both bottles into a small paper bag, which had a hole in the bottom that caused the item to fall out. I looked everywhere for it with no success. I'm so disappointed!!!

Rude customer service from everyone that works there
I am leaving this review to highlight a severe lack of professionalism and customer service at the Bath & Body Works location on 434. During my visit, my cashier was initially fine until I inquired about the store’s return policy for a candle I had previously purchased and barely burned.
