Tammie assisted me on the floor and she is absolute perfection—super sharp, highly intelligent, and incredibly thorough in helping me find what I needed. I didn’t appreciate being followed around the entire store despite me coming in without any purse or bags by the man working this evening. I ended up leaving half my stuff because i felt uncomfortable. Couldn’t explore freely.
Poor customer service. Unfortunately from reading the reviews this has been the theme for the past 6 months. The male manager is arrogant and confrontational. We were trying to shop the mens area and he stood there gossiping to another employee while we had to move around them to shop. There were at least 8 staff members working but no one except who was checking me out could answer the phone. They were not super busy, maybe 10-12 people in the store.
