usually i never have any issues going to this location. it started off normal staff were nice helpful, i made my way over to white barn which is where the issues began. middle aged caucasian lady profiled my group started yelling for simply trying out product. as i went to wash my hands she rudely turned off the water. i then took my business somewhere else

I frequent the mall quite often and always go in here and buy stuff, even when I don’t need it, lol. Recently I had went in to buy some items and had one of the workers, Danielle , help me so much and was such a joy. She was attentive without being pushy, and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel like I was a bother or that I was being followed by a sales person either, which for me is a big deal. I’ve gotta say, Jeannie was so incredibly attentive. She was the loveliest person to talk to and gave INCREDIBLE recommendations when it came to candle selection. She was wonderful, and I hope she does well with this store!
