Izzi at the Bath and Body Works location inside the Altamonte Springs mall was extremely kind and helpful. I had gone in right before Thanksgiving and she directed me to get the most "bang for my buck" while searching for client gifts. Upon checking out, she helped me carefully bag everything so I could successfully bring the large haul to my car. That being said everyone at this location is super friendly, and Both BBW and White Barn are kept clean and organized.
Went the day after Christmas to use my gift card! That was a mistake I will not be coming back to this location ever again! The associate Patty! Had the worst attitude. I understand your busy but there's no reason to treat customers so awful rolling her eyes and making noises because I asked why the wall flowers were 7.95 when they were on sale for 3.50 she was just awful the whole time and when we walked away my daughter said once again she rolled her eyes at me to the associate next to her.
