the workers at this location are very rude, especially Joe. I came in to make an exchange for a defective product and was told I can’t because it’s been too “used”. I told them that I purchased it not that long ago and barely used it but it started to leak because it’s defective. The associate brought me to Joe and he didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize or even attempt to help me. He was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Toi turned my entire day around! Outstanding customer service! I walked into the Altamonte Mall Bath & Body Works feeling really frustrated after a awful experience at another nearby location. I happened to run into store associate Toi right away, and she greeted me with the biggest, warmest smile.
