Very busy but service was amazing. And it always smells sooooooo good in the store.
I had a terrible experience at the Bath & Body Works in The Falls (Miami, FL) on 9/26. The store manager, Bolívar, was extremely rude and dismissive. At checkout, he tried to skip me to the next customer just because I said I needed a few seconds to pull up the coupon from the app (which Bath & Body Works always promotes).
