I’ve been shopping at Bath & Body Works for years and the team is always so friendly and welcoming. Tonight, they went above and beyond! I was running late to pick up an order (today was the last day for pickup), and I thought they closed at 9—turns out it was 8. I showed up around 8:25 fully expecting to be told to come back tomorrow, but the late-night team was still prepping for the next day and kindly helped me out.
