While waiting to check out, I was unsure if the cashier was ready. I finally got eye contact and she just nodded, so I walked up to the counter. She then proceeds to “talk at me” without eye contact, if I had a reward number. Went to this location and purchased two body sprays both that were on sale for today only for $5.95. I put my number on to earn points and didn’t realize till I got home that the cashier used my one free item reward on one of the sprays. I never asked to use the reward. Why would I use my reward for an item up to $18.95 to get a spray that was on sale at $5.95?? Contacted customer service and was told there’s nothing they can do.

I have always had great customer service at different locations in many states. The person who retrieved my online order was rude and dismissive. She didn’t even say thank you. She just handed me my order with no eye contact. I told her Thank you 3x getting louder each time. She finally acknowledged with “your welcome” with still no eye contact. It was like I was bothering her and they were not even that busy. I will no longer be shopping at this location in Cordova Mall and I will give Yankee Candle, my candle purchases whi... read more

Went here a few days ago and an employee named Desirae was so rude to me. I asked her for help with a cologne I was looking for and she was very ugly in her response and told me to go somewhere else to find it. As a customer, I find that extremely unprofessional and rude. She should be fired for the way she acted. Won’t be coming back here ever!
