I have always had great customer service at different locations in many states. The person who retrieved my online order was rude and dismissive. She didn’t even say thank you. She just handed me my order with no eye contact. I told her Thank you 3x getting louder each time. She finally acknowledged with “your welcome” with still no eye contact. Went here a few days ago and an employee named Desirae was so rude to me. I asked her for help with a cologne I was looking for and she was very ugly in her response and told me to go somewhere else to find it. As a customer, I find that extremely unprofessional and rude. She should be fired for the way she acted. Won’t be coming back here ever!
Horrible customer service. Misleading ads and they'll look at you like you're the dumb one when you question them about it. Including the manager. Will never shop at this location again.
