Love BBW at Christmas! My only complaint with BBW is how they apply coupons and perks. When you give me a 'free item of my choice up to $xx.xx", it should be MY CHOICE. I am sick and tired of trying to use those benefits online and the coupon applying to the absolute cheapest thing in my cart and not the item that is closest to the value of the coupon.
