Good afternoon I just didn't have a nice experience in citrus mall plaza store , I was close by to the store and I decided to check if my order from yesterday night was ready but I hadn't received my confirmation yet. I was told by the person that was at the front door that she couldn't do anything for me if I didn't had the confirmation that the order was ready . She even didn't try to check on the orders or at least to see if the order was on process and by the way the store had only one costumer at that time and 3 clerks ... read more
