Where is the old Bath & Body! Did an online order at 10 am. Was in the Mall for another pickup so at 6 pm I stopped in Bath & Body to see if order was ready. Seriously 8 hours later they hadn't even started order. The website is never current to what is in the store. Manager was not helpful at all. Get more employees.
Staff is not very friendly. went in today and wasn’t even greeted at the cashier counter where I was paying. Seemed annoyed that I was even there when I asked for help on multiple occasions
