This is for the rude female employee with glasses and a ton of acne who around 2pm 5/30 not only took my free paper coupon away, but ripped it up in my face because "it was already used" uhh how can it be used when I have it physically in my hand???? I wanted to walk out with my free product but I walked out with nothing and I don't think I'll return after that because W-O-W!!
Bath and Body Works at your Colonie location is honestly the best and most welcoming store and overall experience. Shazia the store manager goes above and beyond her customer service and kind friendly smile on top of her knowledge of all the products makes me drive the longer distance from the closer stores.
