As someone who works at the mall and stops through here, i can tell you, the people in here are great, always smiling and happy to answer any questions. But, The one bad experience i had was during Christmas time they were at the check out lane and as soon as they saw me and my friend approach to check out they straight up ran out n clocked out without telling anyone that, so a massive line was forming at the now empty register and i had to walk upfront to let other employees know.

An issue with their register caused my card to be charged but the transaction did not go through properly. I was forced to pay again and had to just trust that the first charge will fall off per their faulty p.o.s. While the issue with their register was happening, I received absolutely no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Just awkward silence like I was the issue.
