Love the soap!!!!
I love ordering online and then picking up at the location. It's hit or miss as to what experience you are gonna get. Sometimes I get awesome employees that greet you and wanna help right away and they seem happy to be there. Other times, no one's at the front at all, no greet until I get to the register where they are chatting up, now I don't k ow if they are catching up on work or not, but, still watch that door!!! Either way, everyone says good bye nicely!
I had an issue with a wallflower holder leaking onto my DR carpet. I returned the defective holder to the McHenry store location. There was no problem with the return. However, the oil that leaked left a nasty stain on my carpet. Kristin suggested that I call corporate and make them aware of this issue. I contacted them in the resolution dept.
